3.Personal information we collect Customers: full name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, account information, order history, quotation/enquiry information and customer-support communications. Vendors: business name, registration information, contact details, business address, banking/payment settlement information, product information, service information, verification information and documents required to administer the Vendor account. Service Providers: name and business name, contact details, service descriptions, business location, verification information, pricing information, profile information and documents required for verification.
4. Payment information Payments made through Sir Giovanni may be processed through an appointed payment service provider or banking/payment infrastructure. Where payment information is handled by a third-party payment provider, Sir Giovanni does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV numbers or other sensitive card authentication information unless specifically required and lawfully processed.
